Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged products.

A complete unboxing video (from the start of opening the parcel till the end) must be provided as proof for return eligibility.

Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, it may take 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.

Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
