Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged products.
  • complete unboxing video (from the start of opening the parcel till the end) must be provided as proof for return eligibility.
  • Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order
  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, it may take 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed.
  • Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
  • Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
