Return & Refund Policy
- Returns are only accepted in the case of defective or damaged products.
- A complete unboxing video (from the start of opening the parcel till the end) must be provided as proof for return eligibility.
- Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of receiving the order
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, it may take 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be made via the original mode of payment.
- Items purchased on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
