How long does it take to process and deliver an order?

2. Delivery time:
- Metro cities: 2–3 working days
- Non-metro cities: 5–7 working days

- Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹200 COD / cash handling charge

- Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Import duties and taxes are payable by the customer.

What is your exchange policy?
Unboxing video is necessary, products exchanged only for manufacturing defect, charges for return shipment to be borne by client. Only store credit is available for exchanges available to redeem in the next 6 months

What is your return and refund policy?
Returns are accepted only in case of damaged or defective products.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory
- Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method
Sale items are non-returnable
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Approved cancellations incur a 2% order processing fee
What happens if duties or taxes are unpaid on international orders?
Not applicable now, will add once international orders are initiated
