All orders placed are subject to product availability and acceptance by House of Hrdya.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, UPI and net banking.

All orders below ₹15000 will incur a ₹200 delivery fee.

5. Shipping

We ship across India to select locations.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

An unboxing video is mandatory for return eligibility. Concerns must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

Items bought on sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
