1. What if the product is damaged or defective?
Returns/exchanges are accepted for damaged or defective items. Please notify us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video for faster processing. Email at hrdya2025@gmail.com


2. How long do I have to request a return or exchange?
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.


3. Are sale or discounted items eligible?
No — sale or discounted items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless defective.


4. How are refunds issued?
Refunds (for defective products only) are processed within 7–10 working days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.


5. What about exchanges for non-defective items?
We offer a one-time exchange within 3 days for unused items in original condition with tags. Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer, and exchanges are processed as store credit or replacement of equal value.


6. Do I need an unboxing video?
Yes — photos and an unboxing video showing the issue help speed up verification. Without a video, approval is at our discretion after quality inspection.


7. Can international customers return or exchange orders?
International returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or wrongly delivered.
